Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing typically takes up to 14 business days after the return has been approved.

Non-Eligible Returns
Refunds cannot be provided for:

Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging

Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not collected and are returned to us, a €15 handling fee will be deducted to cover return shipping and processing costs.
