365-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your purchase within 365 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition

  • All accessories and original packaging must be included

  • The return request must be submitted within 365 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

  2. Briefly explain why you would like to return the item.

  3. We will provide you with clear return instructions.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing typically takes up to 14 business days after the return has been approved.

  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Eligible Returns

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)

  • Returns submitted without the required information or documentation

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at aventratravelsupport@gmail.com

  • Include photos and a brief description of the issue

  • If your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not collected and are returned to us, a €15 handling fee will be deducted to cover return shipping and processing costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
